Lead credit & return eligibility
This page explains our lead review framework. Your signed partner agreement sets the applicable request window, duplicate period, evidence requirements and remedy. Confirm these terms before buying leads.
Leads that may qualify for review
- Invalid contact details that prevent contact with the named applicant.
- A duplicate applicant delivered within the duplicate period in your agreement.
- An applicant outside the geographic territory agreed for your lead plan.
- An applicant who confirms they did not submit the application or consent to referral.
- A material mismatch with an eligibility criterion expressly included in your agreement.
What generally does not qualify
- A customer who does not answer, changes their mind or buys elsewhere.
- A declined credit application or inability to obtain lender approval.
- A customer without the desired down payment or vehicle preference, unless these were guaranteed criteria.
- A lead that does not convert into an appointment or sale.
How to request a review
- Keep the lead reference ID and delivery date.
- Document the issue and relevant contact attempts without sending unnecessary sensitive customer information.
- Submit a request through our contact page, selecting dealer inquiry where available. Include your dealership name and lead reference.
- Submit within your agreed request window. Our team will review the evidence and communicate the decision.
Approved issues are handled using the replacement, account credit or other remedy stated in your agreement. A cash refund is not automatic. Suspected non-consensual or fraudulent applications should be reported promptly.
